If they are not on Starryblu yet, they share a receive link from the official app. You pay that link. Do not use unofficial pages.

They open a receive QR. You scan, check the name, send. The table does not wait.
If balances differ
The share can leave in what you hold.
A dinner in SGD and a USD balance is still one send. Conversion happens on the hop, or you convert first in Starryblu.

The converted share and the rate appear on the confirm screen. You are not guessing the leftover.
Conversion is not a surcharge
Auto or manual, there is no extra conversion fee. The ID send itself stays S$ 0.

The amount can be tiny. The fee is still zero.

Who do I send to after someone covers the bill?
Send to the person who already paid the merchant. Search their Account ID, phone, or email, or scan their QR. Confirm the name is that friend.
Can one tap split the whole table?
No. Each person sends their own share as a separate ID Transfer. ID Remit does not calculate a group split for you.
The person who paid is not on Starryblu. Can we still AA?
Yes. They generate a receive link in the official app. You open that link and send the share. Skip any link that did not come from Starryblu.
We paid in another currency than I hold. Does the share still work?
Yes. Send from the balance you have. Conversion runs in the same hop, or convert first. No extra conversion fee. The rate is on the confirm screen.
Is a S$ 18 share worth sending on ID Remit?
Yes. The ID transfer fee is S$ 0 at any size, and they do not pay one to receive. It arrives within 1 second after you confirm.
